We have been having issues with the brake lights and turn signals. We found another fuse box under the dash and decided to remove a few and check to see if they are blown. And then also used a fuse tester. Left the car in the driveway for a few hours and then went to leave and now it turns over but will not start. Tried starting it several times but it is just draining the battery.

Make sure these fuses aren't blown in that central junction box, left side of dash, the #30, that feeds the coils as well as the pcm relay. If the fuel pump will not even run for 2 seconds when the key is turned to run, before you turn the key to start, those fuses are under the hood, #10 and #18 in the battery junction box. Make sure they are not blown.
