Here are what the codes mean:

P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1): This code suggests that the air-fuel mixture in the engine's bank 1 is too lean (i.e., too much air and not enough fuel).

P0174 - System Too Lean (Bank 2): Similar to P0171, but for bank 2 of the engine. It indicates a lean condition, which could be caused by similar issues as P0171.

P013C - O2 Sensor Slow Response - Rich to Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 2): This code indicates that the oxygen sensor in bank 2, sensor 2, is responding more slowly than expected when the fuel mixture changes from rich to lean.

P219F - Bank 2 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance: This code suggests an imbalance in the air-fuel ratio in bank 2 of the engine.

P1604 - Startability Malfunction: Indicates a problem with the vehicle's ability to start.

P1605 - Rough Idling: This code suggests that the vehicle is experiencing rough idling, which could be caused by misfires, vacuum leaks, or problems with the ignition system.

C1201 - Engine Control System Malfunction: This is a generic code indicating a malfunction in the engine control system.

U0235 - Lost Communication with Cruise Control Module: Indicates that the main control unit is not able to communicate with the cruise control module.

U1002 - SCP (J1850) Invalid or Missing Data for Primary Id: This is a communication-related code, suggesting an issue with the vehicle's network.

Was this car stolen or in an accident? Lets clear all codes and then turn the main system on without starting the engine, then run the codes again and let me know what they are, it sounds like you may have a bad PCM which can cause all of these codes. Also I would check all fuses, here is a guide to help and the fuse locations as well.
