Hello,

I have the vehicle listed above with a brake system problem. It keeps failing and makes a very loud beeping noise. When that happens, the brake goes to the floor and there is a check brake warning signal on the dashboard. The issue goes away when you park the car for about 30 minutes and comes back on again after driving for another 15-30 minutes.
I have checked online and this is an ongoing issue a lot of people are going through. Could it be the hydraulic power unit assembly/ hydraulic pump?
One more thing, my car has a minor leaking oil issue also. Does that have anything to do with the brake issue I am having? I have checked the brake fluid and everything looks good.

Your help will be appreciated.

Good morning,

Are there any codes set in the system for the brakes? Yes, it could be but needs to be verified.

When it resets, do the brakes work okay with a good pedal?

I need the code that is set so I can narrow the area of the failure for you.
