Check engine light out all together

Failed inspection for that only. No bulbs to change in the back of the cluster, just a solid state circuit.

Good morning,

If the engine runs good, no codes and the monitors are set, it is not the PCM. It sounds like the cluster is the issue. I attached a wiring diagram of the cluster but there is no specific wire to test for the light as it is integrated into the circuit board.

Most likely, you will need to have the cluster removed, sent out for repair and install and get your inspection done.
