This is normally a sensor issue but we need to run through the testing just to be sure. Basically the control module monitors the temp sensors in the hybrid and base engine system and needs to see them within a range of each other. If it does not then it will set these codes.

These tests are going to run through the circuits and show lead us to the solution. However, you have to disconnect the hybrid system so if you are not familiar with this, I would encourage you to take this to a shop because touching the wrong terminal or item can be fatal if you don't have the proper protective equipment.
