First time the code was p0171, code was cleared and now shows code po174. What does this mean? Can I still drive the truck?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Both codes indicate a lean condition. One for the left bank and one for the right. Now, a couple things can cause this. Most commonly, it is an engine vacuum leak allowing unmetered air to enter the combustion chamber. Also, if you have exhaust manifolds leaking, that can cause it, too. With that, I first suggest checking for a vacuum leak. Here is a link that explains how to check:

Next, low fuel pressure can also cause this. Here is a link that explains in general how to check fuel pressure:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Here is the fuel pressure specifications:

Fuel Pressure 441 +/- 55 kPa (64 psi = / - 8 psi)

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions,

Take care,
Joe
