Battery not charging

I've replaced the alternator, put in a new battery and replaced fusible link from alternator to solenoid. Battery still not getting a charge. Not really sure what else it could be.

We need to check the voltage coming from the ECM to the alternator. I am attaching the info on how this works but basically the ECM turns the alternator on and off when needed. So if it is not charging then it is most likely not being told to turn on.

To do this, we need to check the voltage on all three wires at the alternator when the engine is running. Let me know what each is and we can go from there.
