Once I have drilled head off shear bolts how do I remove the old switch? How do I disconnect wiring plugs?

Once the bolts are out there you pull the unit out of the column and disconnect the interlock cable and the wiring harness connector. Reverse the process to install the new switch. Remove the NVIS sensor from the old switch and install it on the new one
and you will need to have a scan tool there to program the ECM so the new keys work as they will have different chips than the old ones.
