Hello, I have the car listed above, right hand driver. My car's central locking system is starting to malfunction. I use my key to lock and unlock, recently it starting to unlock straight after I lock it, it takes me few attempts to lock it, it's just instant unlocking if I lock it. Then it developed another door issue which is the door light on dashboard start flashing. It's like the door open, the light inside indicating the door is open, I tried to open all doors and shut them again one by one to illuminate which door but no joy. It happens while driving so I assume it's related to the main issue with the central locking, I tried both my keys even replaced batteries, checked the fuse and all fine. Any idea what might be the problem?

This happens when the door latch wears out which usually is on the driver's door. To be sure let's try locking and unlocking the passenger side door to see if the system works correctly. If so, here is how to change the latch out to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
