Car will not start after replacing sub and amp on an after market stereo

When I bought this car it already had an after market stereo that worked fine. The factory sub was no good so I put a different sub in and an amp which I have done hundreds of times. Well when I got done installing this in my car would not start. I pulled a series of codes off the dash, but do not know what to do to fix it. Please help my wife is growing more angry at me and I fear it will not end well for me if it is not fixed soon.
