PATS did not recognize key then mileage and MPG info was dashed out?

PATS didn't recognize key then mileage and MPG info was dashed out. Checking fuses and only some are getting power in engine compartment. Looking to find what fuses should get power when ignition in on position. Will not start.

Yes, I have seen this when the instrument cluster goes out which will cause the problem you are describing. To be sure we should do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Please get back to me with the codes, here is how to change the instrument cluster out in case a code is stored for it. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay make sure to have your VIN number ready. Check out the images below. Please let us know what happens.

So, you are sure it's not the PCM? Also, why are only some of the fuses in my engine compartment getting power when the key is in the on position?

No, I am not sure that is why we need to perform a CAN scan, I have seen the problem with other cars, so I am 70% sure, but for 100% we need to do the scan.
