Car was running fine. I changed spark plugs and oil. Car turned on next morning car turned on but shut off then did not turn on tested the three relays that run E.F.I. All good. Don't have 12 volts at fuel pump connector? Don't know what to do next. Will start with a shot of starter fluid for about three seconds.

Good evening,

The power to the fuel pump will be there for two seconds with the key on. It will be full when cranking. Did you test it cranking?

Double check and be sure. If you have power and the pump is not working, then you have a bad pump. If you do not then we need to do some tests.

I attached a wire diagram for you to view. Verify power to the two terminals of the circuit open relay with the key on.

I have changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. Pulled the two relays in fuse box and the one on the driver's side panel all good. Still nothing.

Again, did you test for power to the pump? This could be a wiring issue to the pump and test need to be done to determine the failure.
