Car will not start

Once I connect the battery all the car interior accessories comes on. All the lights come on and everything. The radio says locked on it. The security light is on as well. I can turn the key but the car will not crank. There is no noise at all.

If the security light is on it will not start. Use directions in picture to try to reset security then it should start. If not there is something wrong with security system and a mechanic will have to scan for codes to see what is wrong.
