I put an exhaust gasket on the car and hit camshaft sensor and the wire came out of the sensor I try put the wire back in, but did not know where or the right way to put back the sensor had two black wires and one brown. Then I found out how the wire want and they keep falling out so went and found the camshaft connecter put it back together and the car would not start. So I check the car and found that the fuel pump was not working
so I replaced the fuel pump and the car still would not start. I checked the fuses they look to be good so what do I do now? I also tried checking camshaft sensor with multimeter I do not know if I checked it right. So I also need to know the right way of checking the camshaft sensor and do I need to check the crankshaft sensor?

If you pulled it apart just replace it because it wont connect correctly that is probably why your pump wont work. It is not getting an ignition signal.

As HMAC said, if the wires pulled out of the sensors connector you will want to replace the connector end. The wires are crimped into the terminals and then installed into the connector shell. If they keep falling out the shell is damaged and needs to be replaced. Also, if you just placed the wires into the holes and tried to start it with them in the wrong locations you may have damaged the sensor itself.

Standard Motor Products S1681 is the replacement connector part.

Also all of my wiring diagrams for that year/model show the wiring as two black wires and a pink wire. However it is easy to determine which wire goes where. One of the black wires goes directly to ground. The pink wire goes to 12V power and the remaining black wire is the signal wire to the computer.

In the connector they are
pin 1 - Black Ground wire
pin 2 - Black Signal wire
pin 3 - Pink power wire.

Hope that helps. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
