I had the negative terminal disconnected from the battery when I was going to replace my shifter cables. Since I had the center consoles taken off. I just had to jack up the car to get the bolt loose off the bracket and gotten the fuse box disconnected and out the engine bay. I also cleaned up the grounds while that’s underneath the coolant tank. Since I had some ground issues. I wasn’t sure with the new cables that I got where the right ones. So, I put everything back together. Then when I tried started the car. It didn’t start and the car with a lock appeared. I googled and tried leaving the key on the on/run for ten minutes then off for five seconds and turning it on still nothing. Is there a fuse I can pull and reinsert to fix or bypass?

You can't bypass the security system which is engaged. I would try a hard system reboot, please go over this guide:
