Car stalled and will not start

I have always gotten maintenance done on this car on time, it just had an oil change about a month or so ago and there were no problems. I was told the shocks need to be replaced soon. I was driving it yesterday and it stalled, no warning lights or noises, just shut off. And now it will not restart.

The first thing I would do is check the compression to be the timing chain/belt is correct. If it moved or failed it will cause this.
Can you check to see if it has spark?
