Car sputters and surges after radiator was replaced

During the process of replacing the radiator a sensor got broken. At least think it's a sensor. It's located just behind the upper hose to radiator.

Since the radiator replacement, vehicle doesn't idle correctly. While driving the car it seems to surge, and sputter. Feels like it's flooding out almost. Can keep it running down road as long as feather accelerator continuously.

How do i, or what do I fix, replace?

Hello,

It sounds like the spark plugs/wire/coil got wet during the repair. Can you open the hood and see if coolant is on top of the engine were the spark plugs are please? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
