My Saturn was in great shape and then I got MS and I have not started my car for at least 5 or 6 years. I replaced the battery 5 or 6 years ago with a new one but only started it a couple of times between then and now. I know the battery will need to be jumped and charged, but is it still good? I also need air in just two of my tires, the front ones. Will all of my tires still be good? Also, of course, the oil has not been changed. What happens there? Has my gas evaporated? Will the car still be in as good a shape as it was before? I want to sell it but want to make sure it still runs good. Help !

As far as the battery goes its probably no good.I would change the oil and the gas has probably gone bad in the tank. Most likely the gas will have to be drained and fresh gas put back in.
