After replacing battery with new the battery light came on followed by the airbag light, then the power steering went, then the car stopped

Had to charge the car battery on Tuesday night but it went flat by Wednesday evening. I bought a new battery this morning but car was sluggish all day and only just got home tonight before battery flat again. The car battery light came on followed by the airbag light, then the power steering went, then the car stopped. Please can someone advise me what I can do?

We have no information on this car as it is not sold in US, but check for a parasitic draw under our repair guides then have charging system checked.
