No crank no start issue

When you say it will not crank over, I assume you mean when you turn the key, the engine will not do anything? Meaning it will not turn over and try to start. Or do you mean that the engine will crank and turn over when turning the key but it will not actually start?

Do you hear a click or anything when you try to start the engine?

we need to find out if the starter is getting voltage on both wires when turning the key. Unfortunately we don't have a manual for this vehicle to provide a wiring diagram but one wire will have 12 volts all the time and the other will have 12 volts only when you are cranking the engine.
