Car not starting

Car has been sitting for a while. I installed a fully charged battery and it just turns over. It has fuel and spark. It was running and driving before it was last parked.

If you have two keys try another one then look online for owners manual if you do not have yours to reset security system. Also, check to see if inertia switch is engaged. It may be in the trunk or under the dash.
