When my keys were stolen I thought I'm okay if I can get my car started. So I had somebody drill through the ignition switch to no avail. After that another friend took off the back of the ignition switch held it together and tried to start it from there but I believe at this point the immobilizer had been activated. I moved the car to a safe place where it now sits. I've replaced the ignition switch but the keys do not have chips in them. I've had people wire straight to the fuel pump and the injectors trying to bypass the system to get the car started. I took the security ring from around the ignition switch and took the 2 wires attached to it and wires them together. When I left the car I had the cars terminals touching with the key turned on to try to drain the capacitors so the security system will reset because I have the key to my car back but I haven't been back since yesterday. Any advice for me is much appreciated.

None of what you have done will bypass the security system. The ring is an antenna that reads the signal from the key and tells the security system to turn on the pump and injectors so the engine will run. It doesn't send a simple on off signal but the ID it reads from the key. When the ECM doesn't see the correct signal the engine will not run. There is no way to wire the injectors as they are switched on and off by the ECM grounding them at the correct times. You can try the link below.

At this point you will need to replace the ignition switch with the correct one then program in the new keys and repair the key reading sensor. Depending on where they drilled to get the ignition cylinder out you may need to replace the entire lock cylinder housing as well to make the keys work. You cannot use keys that don't have the chip in them on that car.
The best option in any newer vehicle if you lose the keys is to just call a mobile locksmith. They can cut a new key(s) program them in, erase the old keys and have you back on the road in about 45 minutes. That makes the old keys useless as they would no longer function in the car. You will still need either a shop or locksmith to program in the replacement keys once you have things back together, for both they will need ID and proof of ownership of the vehicle.
