I was wondering if this is easy to fix and if so how can I go about fixing them?

Good morning,

Do you mean physically broken or that the horn just does not work?

There is a piece called a clock spring under the steering wheel that is a common failure for this issue.

Okay, then you either need to replace the steering wheel or you could put a switch on the dash to ground the relay to blow the horn.

You would need a switch, which you can get at any parts store, and find the black wire that comes up the steering column for the horn and attach it to one terminal of the switch. The other terminal you get a piece of wire and attach it to a good body ground.
