Car has poor acceleration/shifts rough

Coil packs 1, 3, 4 were changed out, new spark plugs and new MAP sensor and car still has no acceleration. It will start and idle good, rev up good in park and neutral.

I would suspect either a timing issue or a cat converter issue.

You should do a compression test. It will tell me if the timing belt is the issue.

A back pressure test on the exhaust system will confirm if the catalytic converter is clogged.
