I went to start my car the other night and I cranked for a second then everything shut off has if I removed the battery it had completely no power I am not sure what it would be, I tested everything. I did run my radiator fans directly to the battery and through a switch to control them but I soldered all the ends and it was working for a few days. Now they do not turn on when I turn the switch, but that is strange they are connected directly to the battery and through a switch it should work right. Then this happened I am not sure if I shorted my terminals. Haha! Help me before I blow this car up and end my misery.

It could be a simple failed battery. It happens. The internal connections fail and you get no power. Try a load test on the battery to see what you have.
