The radio fuse circuit has no power

I am installing an aftermarket deck in my 99 Eclipse and upon all wire connection the radio won't turn on I found out that the fuse is good but no power is going to the circuit. I tested all of the other circuits and they all have power going to them but not the radio circuit how can I fix that.

Radio uses 2 fuses both underhood, were they checekd?

Oh wow my problem was solved how did I miss that I just checked it and I replaced the fuse thanks!
