So, I bought this van knowing it wouldn't start but I was told it just needed a prndl switch and fuel pump. I have replaced the NSS not the fuel pump yet because it still won't even try to crank over. It makes no sound when trying to start it. I have reset the security and checked all the fuses I don't see and wires that are bad. I've changed out the battery just in case it wasn't strong enough. I've changed the starter and still nothing. Please, if you have any suggestions on what I can try or test from this point I would appreciate it.

This could still be a theft issue so is the theft light remaining on or flashing?

If it is, then we need to go down that path. Which means we need to check for codes.

If there are no codes and no theft light remaining on, then we need to start checking power through the starter circuit.

I attached the wiring diagram, but I would go to the starter and crank the engine and you should have 12 volts on both wires. If you don't then we need to go back through those circuits to find where we do have it and that will tell us what the possible issue is.

Let's start with this and go from there.

Thanks

The security light just flashes but it just flashes through all the things it says. I already reset the security thing so that's not it. And I've hooked it up to a code reader several times and it hasn't shown not one code yet. I will check the power through the starter circuit and let you know if I find any issues.

Okay. Can you get a video of the security light and what it is doing? When you say it flashes all through what it is doing, that means there is either an active theft issue or the theft system is not deactivating. However, let's start by seeing what this is doing and then we can be sure to be on the same page.
