The car cuts off while I'm driving it, no matter how fast or how slow. What would you predict the problem would be?

Could be anything from a fuel pump, crank sensor, ground wires at the left front of the engine compartment next to the battery ( very very common). If it were my car I would redo the ground wires first since it costs next to nothing.

It sounds like a crankshaft sensor but to be sure here is a guide that will walk you through the repair procedures for this kind of problem.

Please run down this guide and report back.
