Car cranks but will not start

Hi and thank you for using 2CarPros. Lets see what we can do to get you going again.

You need 4 things for a motor to start. Air, fuel, spark and compression.
The most common loss of the 4 is spark so lets check for that first as it is the easiest to check.
Here is a guide on how to check that. I you have spark we can move on. If not we can figure out why.

If I can jump in here. Can I ask if when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for about 5 seconds?
