Would either a value power vp-64 car battery fit under the hood of my car? It is the EX model. If not would a value power vp-24f fit?

You will have to check this with a battery supplier as I do not have the battery dimensions to check for compatibility.

Honda says it takes a Group 51R battery. 9.5" X 5.1" X 8.8" (238mm X 129mm X 223mm).

Both of the one ask about are too large to fit in the tray and let you close the hood.
A group 64 is 11.70" x 6.40" X 8.90" (296mm X 162mm X 225mm)
A group 24 is 10.30" X 6.80" X 8.90" (260mm X 175mm X 225mm)
