You won't find one as it doesn't have one. It only has a crankshaft sensor that is located below the ignition module and it goes through the block. What code do you have that suggest a cam sensor issue?

I ordered a crankshaft sensor and it came with a camshaft position sensor so I assumed I had to switch them both out.

That's the thing, your engine it doesn't have a sensor for the cam, just the crankshaft. The other part you have is a cam sensor though part# 10456617, but it isn't used until 1996 on the 2.2 when they went to the full OBD II standard engines in the S-trucks. It is a bit strange though as it goes with a different crank sensor so that kit you got doesn't actually mate up on any 2.2 engine. What is the reason for changing the sensor? Did the truck just not run or?
