Battery is good, starter is good and alternator i s good. What next?

Sure can. So could a bad ignition switch, neutral range switch or wiring in between.
Grab a test light and a wiring diagram for your vehicle and follow the power from the battery to the starter. Where the power stops check the component in between the battery and that point.
