I've tried everything I know to get the crankshaft bolt to break loose and it won't! I've tried the breaker bar with a cheater pipe and also an impact wrench! Any suggestions?

It has an extremely tight torque value since it is the clamping force that drives the oil pump. You should have been able to get it with a breaker bar and cheater pipe. Are you locking the flywheel?
