2005 Cadillac SRX Won't statrt

Trurned the key in the ignition, did not turn over, there is a repetitive snapping / poping sound when I try to start it. There seems to be power for lights. Radio.

It takes a lot less power to run accessories, than it does to turn the starter. Have you tried jump starting, it sounds like you have a low voltage condition, and what your hearing is the solenoid trying to engage and kicking back out continuously.
