1994 Cadillac Seville no gas

My car has been out of comission for about a year, first off. So we've changed out fluids, new battery, new fuel filter because the vehicle was not getting gas to the plugs. I'm wondering if the problem is my fuel pressure regualtor or if the problem is more likely to be the fuel injectors
