I have replaced ignition coils, plugs, a fuel injector on #6 cylinder (per fault code), a new crankshaft sensor (per fault code), and a new camshaft position sensor on bank2 (per fault code). With all these items replaced, the car still will crank but not start. My question is: Does the PCM or ECM have to be reset to recognize that the repairs have been performed?

Nope a scanner does that check your fuel pressure with a gauge and try resetting your anti theft see pic for anti theft

Ok I will try today. I have one more question that I'm terrified to ask. The car was running great the morning of the day it started to give me trouble. After work I went out and started the car and it sounded and felt horrible.A rough idle and loud. What's the chances of this all being an issue with the timing?

It may be something else have it scanned and the fuel pressure checked by gauge. Also when was last time you checked the oil and other fluids?

Fuel pressure is 55 psi. Fluids are full. I'm going to check the anti-theft feature and go from there because everything the scanner gave a code for has been repaired. Thanks very much for the feedback.
