2004 Cadillac Escalade rear climate control

Inthe summer when I turn on my rear climate control and ask for cold air it will blow hot and colder days when I ask for warm air it will blow cold. Doesn't matter where the temp control is set it blows cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer can you tell me what is going on with it thank you

There is not a diagnostic repair for tht particular symptom as described, and I have not seen a concern of a similar nature. The first thing I can suggest is to check for any codes in the rear auxiliary climate module. This is going to be rather specific, and a general code reader is not going to access it. Being a dealer technician, I only know of GM tech 2 for this access. There may be aftermarket scan tools that have this capability, I just don't know which ones.
