2000 Cadillac Escalade Wipers

My wipers work every time turned on but operate on slow setting and not ittermitten. Then they stop whenever it decides to. Do I need to replace the motor? I replaced the switch panel inside the motor and it didn't fix the problem.

The circuit board in the motor contols the intermittent. There is also a ground inside the motor that may have broken when you pulled it apart. Check to see if that is broken or not it is visible. It is not parking is why they don't go back to the bottom of the windshield. You may need anothr motor or switch. If worse comes to worse have a pro check it as this is hard to diagnose on this sitie without checkin g it.
