2008 Cadillac Escalade V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

We recently had our windshield change out and after the new one was installed the intermittant mechanism would not work any more. We had the company come back out and look at the problem who changed the windshield and can't figure it out. Does the computer need to be reset when they change a windshield? Will I have to take it to the dealer to get the problem resolved.

If it is equipped with moisture sensing wipers, then there could be an issue with the sensors re-attachment to the glass. The sensor is just to the passenger side of the rearview mirror base, and your option sticker in the glove box will have CE1. That would be the only thing that makes sense, having failure after windshield replacement.
