1999 Cadillac Escalade windows, wipers and radio

I am having problems with my aboved mentiond items.I checked the motors on the windows and wipers and they are good, I don't think it is the bcm because everything else works.I do know I am not getting 14.5 volts from the alt in the truck but it tested good at the parts store. What could it be?

I had the EXACT same problem, turned out to be a little black box, inside of your middle consoul, get someone who knows about circuit boards, and have them look at it, and sodder what is loose, cost me $75 a yr ago, and works perfect ever since.
