2002 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My car won't start. It's about 27F, cold but not that cold. There's a clicking and all the lights come on, battery says ok. I already tried to get a jump but it didn't work

I had the same issue with my 2002 deville today where I went to walmart and when I came back it wouldnt start and I even got a jump and still no change I was able to drive only with one foot on the gas and one on the brake because all long as I would rev my gas the engine will work but the minute I lifted my foot off the gas it shut my car down, anyway ill let you know what I find out and vice versa. Hope its nothing major and maybe just water in the tank from condensation. Good Luck!
