My speedometer reads zero and odometer is not advancing when I drive. At the same time my turn signals stopped functioning and compass in mirror unlit

Before we rule out the vehicle speed sensor, you need to check the gauge cluster. But you have to have a scan tool to accomplish the diagnostic.
