1997 Cadillac Deville interior lights

Hello, I have an issue with my interior lights. When I unlock my vehicle the interior lights come on as they should. After I start the vehicle the courtasy lamps go off. I turn on the outside lamps. Then after about 3 minutes the led lamps for the seat and window buttons on the doors go off. All of the das lights and the radio display are ok. I have checked all fuses and read my owners manual to see if there is some type of setting for the timing of this. I cannot find any information. Could you please help me. Thanks.

This circuit is controlled by the cluster, with input from the ambient light sensor. What does the VF display of the cluster do after the three minutes when the switch lights go out. Does it brighten, or dim, and can any adjustment be made with the dimming potentiometer, which I believe is the headlamp knob on this vehicle.
