1996 Cadillac Deville not working right

To me this is a difficult one. I got the car from a friend and the pump for the air ride wasnt working. Before I could get it replaced the cooling fans quit working so I thought a relay was bad cuase the fuses were good. So I replaced all three relays that were under thee front of the car and nothing. But I know the fans work because I wired them direct and they work so the next thing to me was bad power or ground so I got the light tester out and it is getting power and they are grounding and I thought maybe the coolant temp sensor but I get a coolant temp reading and I am told that it is the same sensor but that aint all my dash says service- emissions and sometimes ignition the cruise doesnt work and when I was check the wire for good grounds I had the key on and not running but the o2 sensors were getting hot so I still assumed that there is a bad ground so I checked the grounds and put 2 new ground straps and that didnt help nothing so I am kind of lost and thinking that there might be a problem with the pcm. So I would appreciat the help be cause I just had a baby girl the 16th of oct. And cant keep throwing money in to it and cant really afford to take it to a garage
