1996 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My emissions and service engine soon light came on for the second time. (The first time they came on I had them reset.) I took it to a place to have them check it out to see what the code would say. I was told that I have a slow responding O2 senor. They think I should have a total injection cleaning. Is this correct? Or is there something else? Thanks in advance for your help.

Was it by chance a p0139? I believe there is a calibration upgrade that can be performed on the pcm to address this. I doubt the injection flush will cure it.
