1994 Cadillac Deville transmission sound

I had my Cadillac transmission fixed and when I got it back it slightly jerked when slowing down in upper gears. Now when driving when I slow down in second or third gear it starts to make a real low rumble or rrr sound. When I checked the fluid before it seemed o.K. But now it is all over the bottom of the dip stick and bubbles are on it what is wrong.

They replaced the tcc solenoid & torque converter.
