Will the computer out of another deville the same year work in mine or will it need to be reprogramed?

For a 93, one out of same make and model should work. You will have to transfer the PROM from the old to the replacement, that is what stores your specific vehicle info. The prom is located under the panel held on with screws, two plastic levers on each side act to remove it, and a firm press until the levers snap in place mean it's fully installed.
