Check and test the idle speed control motor, throttle position sensor, EGR valve and to include checking the torque converter clutch solenoid

I have the same prob with my 92 cadi. I also have a moaning, howling noise. The howling sound increases when the brake pedal is depressed and hums to the rythym of the turn signal. Did you have any sounds? What was the resolution? Also it seems more common in the high heat 100+ weather. When the car quits, it just quits. No warning no sputter, and will start right back up. Please respond?
