1990 Cadillac Deville vibration, shimmy

Have a vibration, shimmy problem between 20-49 mph. Seems when accelerating there is a bad vibrations though the front end is about to come out. Seems like levels off after 40/45. Had front tires balanced, but still have problems. Am concerned it may be cv joints or lower ball joints, not sure, any suggestions please, thanks

Have you hit anything, did they look for a bent rim, or bad tire? Ck tie-rods, outer and inner, inner is part of the rack( steering-gear ) also make sure the gear isnt loose
