Does anyone have an idea why my 1990 deville would start and run find when it is cold but if you drive it for a while it starts to lose power asnd some times stalls. It kind of acts like it is running out of gas. But if you turn it off and let it set a few minutes it runs fine again for a little while. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreicated.

It is a possibility that the converter is degrading, and when rested the particles are in the bottom. As you drive, the exhaust picks them up and you start getting more restricted exhaust. Check exhaust backpressure, remove the O2 sensor, or disconnect the exhaust pre-cat and drive to see if it improves. Also check the fuel pressure just to be sure it is not falling off. Should remain around 40 psi.
